Performer Website Intake
Performer website planning
Let’s Gather What Makes the Website Yours
Tell me about your music, your audience, and the website you want. You do not need a perfect creative brief. I need enough complete, approved material to see what you have and what may still be missing.
Please wait to submit until the core material is ready. Missing content pauses the build, and research, writing, or image repair may need a separate quote.

What to Gather Before You Begin
You can send organized folder links wherever that is easier than pasting everything into the form. Use the largest original image files you have, credit the photographer, and make sure you have permission to publish everything you send.
Your identity and words
Your performer or band name, location and travel range, approved biography, performance description, booking details, credits, testimonials, public contact information, and any capitalization or styling I need to preserve.
Your look and sound
Your main promotional photograph, other approved photos, logo, album art, colors, visual preferences, audio and video links, the item to feature first, and anything you strongly dislike.
Your launch material
Your current website and public profiles, domain and hosting situation, booking needs, first public gigs, venue details, ticket or event links, and any admission, reservation, parking, or accessibility notes.
Do not send passwords through this form. After I accept the project, we will arrange access. Private events stay private unless you specifically tell me to publish them.
Tell Me About Your Project
Give me what you have now, including links to organized folders when that is easier. I will review the intake, point out anything important that is missing, and confirm the project with you before work begins.
Hosting, domain, Elementor, and other outside renewals continue under their current terms. Adding future gigs and venues is not included in monthly maintenance. Extra content, research, revisions, or new features may be quoted separately.
